Job Description:

Responsibilities include and are not limited to:

1. Greets customers, listens to concerns or symptoms about car operation and asks questions to help resolve.
2. Takes video of clients' vehicles before the vehicle is put in the garage.
3. Maintains timely communication with customers regarding vehicle status.
4. Identifies and researches vehicles, maintenance history, recalls and updates, and prepares service order requests.
5. Prepares written work orders.
6. Actively sells quotes and makes informed recommendations for service.
7. Liaison between customer and the technician, parts, and manufacturers.
8. Verifies that performed post-maintenance checks are completed.
9. Upon repair completion, reviews and enters mechanics labor time, road tests vehicle, closes work order, and notifies customers of completion.
10. Contacts customers and schedules preventative maintenance or inspections on vehicles.
11. Coordinates with parts inventory personnel to ensure parts availability to minimize the amount of time vehicles are in the shop.
12. Follows up on all customer special order parts and confirms required appointment prior to customer leaving.
13. Tracks all open repair orders and knows the status of each.

Full-time, 7am-4pm
