Service Advisor

Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
2. Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
3. Schedule appointments and manage service requests
4. Provide accurate estimates for repairs and services
5. Upsell additional services and products to customers
6. Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
7. Keep customers informed about the progress of their vehicle repairs
8. Process payments and handle cash transactions
9. Basic bookkeeping
10. Social media management

Assets:

1. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an automotive or dealership setting
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes
4. Ability to upsell products and services to customers
5. Proficient in cash handling procedures
6. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
8. Familiarity with sales techniques is a plus

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
