Job Description

We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our team and act as a liaison between our customers and our Service Technicians.

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

1. Greeting customers and listening to their needs
2. Scheduling appointments
3. Cleaning the entrance, mezzanines, and bathrooms
4. Assisting customers with rides home or back to work
5. Finding parts and working with the service technicians
6. Answering questions about service outcomes
7. Managing and overseeing the workflow and schedule
8. Calling customers to advise them about service changes or car pick-up times
9. Maintaining positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business
10. General cleaning and housekeeping duties
11. Receiving and processing payments
12. Providing invoices

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid Class 5 Drivers License required
• An understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry
