Job description

We are looking for a motivated candidate who is driven by new challenges, can balance their workflow effectively, has an eye for detail, and possesses keen organizational skills. The ideal candidate has experience in scheduling and customer service, and is not shy about completing paperwork in a timely manner. They should also have good communication skills, effectively relaying information between different parties, and be personable with all types of individuals. A passion for the power sports industry, including interest in ATVs, snowmobiles, boats, and other power sports, is preferred. Daily Responsibilities:

Service Counter

  1. Answer service calls.
  2. Greet customers at the service counter.
  3. Pull parts for service orders.
  4. Book in service appointments.
  5. Keep up to date on customer units coming in and going out.
  6. Check service e-mails.

Cleaning

  1. Keep personal area tidy.
  2. Maintain a professional appearance in adherence with dress code.
  3. Perform other cleaning duties as required.

Training

  1. Use main computerized programs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

  1. 8 hour shift.

Experience:

  1. Service advisor: 1 year (preferred).
  2. Customer service: 1 year (preferred).
