Location: North Battleford, Saskatchewan

This position is a full-time opportunity, based in North Battleford, Saskatchewan
Hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Must be eligible to work in Canada
This is an onsite position

Service Advisor:
Reporting to the Shop Foreman, the Prairie AG Center Service Advisor provides excellent customer service assisting our customers with maintenance and repair services.

Job Duties:

Provide exceptional customer service both in-person and via telephone.
Assist the Service Manager in organizing and prioritizing customer inquiries and responses.
Utilize computerized inventory systems and parts libraries efficiently.
Communicate effectively with technicians to delegate and prioritize tasks.
Schedule appointments and diligently follow up with customers and suppliers.
Generate and monitor service orders from initiation to completion.
Perform additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills, with a strong ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring precision in all tasks.
Capable of working autonomously and as an effective team player.
Proficient with computers, including software for inventory management and scheduling.
Familiarity with agricultural equipment and parts; previous industry experience is highly beneficial.
Demonstrates reliability, respectfulness, and a strong customer service orientation.
Holds a valid driver's license.
Available to work scheduled weekends and evenings for on-call duties.
