Under the supervision of the Director of Administration and Finance, you will play a key role in developing, implementing, and maintaining innovative practices that are adapted to the constantly changing reality. You will work closely with management members, coordinators, and leaders in charge of the well-being of their team for all companies in the Group.
Overview of Responsibilities:
The person responsible for culture and human capital advises and supports senior management in a context of growth and change management. She ensures that Libéo’s culture and values are an integral part of daily life and the measures implemented regarding human resources. She creates strong communication channels between teams and departments, regardless of where people are physically located. She positions Libéo as an employer of choice by proposing creative and innovative ideas.
In addition to actively participating in the development of practices and tools to mobilize and develop employees, she promotes attraction and participates in recruitment. She monitors indicators and HR data. She supervises HR processes including performance evaluation, professional development, and the pay equity program. She participates in committees related to the organization’s culture and employee well-being.

Your Responsibilities:
- Collect managers’ needs in terms of recruitment and professional development in their teams
- Be responsible for all stages of the recruitment process, from posting to hiring
- Develop the employer brand to attract, recruit, and retain the best players for our team
- Participate in HR processes in place including quarterly evaluation, equity, and salary review
- Advise on the implementation of new practices and carry out change management
- Monitor training needs across the organization
- Collect information to produce relevant indicators
- Supervise talent attraction and retention activities by positioning Libéo as an employer of choice, both externally and internally
- Collaborate with the marketing team to disseminate internal and external communications
- Help update the charter of responsibilities, job descriptions, and HR documentation

Technical Profile Sought:
- You have a university education in human resources or a related field
- You have a minimum of 10 years in the job market, including 5 years in a position with similar responsibilities
- You understand the issues and challenges related to human capital management and the development of a positive and strong corporate culture
- You are perfectly bilingual (French and English)
- You have the ability to perform administrative tasks
- Knowledge of the following work tools: Netsuite, Suite Office, talent acquisition system (an asset)
- You are a member of the CRHA order (an asset)
