Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and consult regarding necessary repairs and possible solutions
• Provide in-depth information about available parts and service options to customers
• Answer questions about service outcomes, schedule and book appointments, vehicle drop-off and vehicle pick-up
• Create body estimates, supplements, order and track all required parts
• Liaise and communicate with insurance companies on required repairs
• Follow up on Accounts Receivable
• Back up to other Service Advisors
• Perform various other administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Strong automotive background
• General computer skills
• Must be friendly, courteous, respectful and professional
