The Service Advisor is the key contact for customers needing vehicle maintenance or repairs, ensuring seamless communication between customers and technicians. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, opening service orders, dispatching work, monitoring progress, providing quotes, and ensuring timely completion of authorized work.
The successful applicant must be customer service focused with strong communication skills to document customer concerns. The ability to prioritize multiple tasks at once while providing excellent customer service is a must. They must be a motivated self-starter and able to work in a fast-paced, detailed, and process-driven environment and also be confident using computer systems, writing reports, and using scheduling tools.
This role requires someone who is energetic, friendly, well-versed, works well in a fast-paced environment, has outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, and can handle high-stress situations in a professional poised manner. The successful applicant should have a minimum of 1 year of service experience, work well in a team environment, be proactive, have a high attention to detail, and be highly organized.
This is a full-time position and the applicant must have a minimum of 1 year of experience and a Class 5 driver's license.
