Tasks

  1. Develop all kinds of events for publicity, fundraising and information purposes
  2. Address customers' complaints or concerns
  3. Explain the type and cost of services offered
  4. Maintain records and statistics
  5. Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess client feedback, enquiries and complaints in the delivery of meaningful information and services
  6. Receive and log complaints
  7. Receive payments
  8. Explain procedures, risks and benefits to clients
  9. Maintain and manage digital database
  10. Answer clients' inquiries and provide information
