Servers/Bartenders (2024 Seasonal Position - Housing Available!)

We have flexible start/end dates available making this position perfect for students as well.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Knowledge of the restaurant including all products, menus, and promotions
2. Take orders, answer menu and beverage-related inquiries, explain daily features, place orders with kitchen
3. Ensure food is presented with an exceptional level of detail before delivering it to guests
4. Delivery of food & beverages to tables in the dining room
5. Process bills and take payment
6. Provide the highest quality of service at all times
7. Clear, set, polish and clean tables, glassware & utensils
8. Preparation of dining room & service stands before, after & during each service

Requirements

1. Fluent in English
2. Ability to commit to a seasonal contract
3. Flexible in scheduling to meet business levels
4. Highly self-motivated, with a can-do attitude that is willing to achieve excellence
5. Strong teamwork skills
6. Able to work in an organized and efficient manner while adhering to high-quality standards

Experience

1 year of serving/bartending experience

Valid ProServe certification or equivalent
