Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Server Side-Backend Developer with strong experience in Spark, Spring Boot, and Big Data technologies. You will be working on a critical liquidity risk platform, developing enhancements and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Backend Development: Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and other relevant technologies.
- Big Data Processing: Utilize Spark to process large volumes of data from various sources.
- Microservices Architecture: Design and implement microservices-based solutions.
- API Integration: Integrate with various APIs and data sources.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize application performance and scalability.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, particularly 2052a.
- Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Qualifications:
- Required:
- Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot
- Extensive experience with Apache Spark
- Experience with Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Hadoop ecosystem)
- Knowledge of SQL and database technologies
- Experience with API development and integration
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Preferred:
- Experience with Camunda or other workflow engines
- Knowledge of Kafka and other messaging systems
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Understanding of financial services and regulatory requirements
