We’re seeking a Server/Shift Leader to join us at Park! This is a hybrid position, offering mostly serving shifts with occasional Shift Leading shifts. Park is a backcountry lodge inspired craft distillery in the heart of Downtown Banff. Our menu features campfire inspired cuisine & wood-fired rotisserie specialties served alongside our award-winning spirits. We are the ONLY distillery located in a Canadian National Park. Shift Leader
Shift leaders ensure a smooth running of restaurant service in assistance to the GM and AGM. This includes, but is not limited to liaising with FOH & BOH teams, handling customer concerns & complaints, setting up the restaurant for a successful service by managing all FOH team members.
