What will you do in this job?

1. Work in the historic chalet for tour groups or private functions for buffet or table service.
2. Ensure that patrons have an enjoyable dining experience by providing quality customer service.
3. Set up the buffet for lunch or dinner meal periods, and assist kitchen with restocking throughout service.
4. Bussing and resetting tables.
5. Taking beverage orders, preparing beverages, and serving to guests in a timely manner.
6. Coordinating guests and tour groups in the dining area.
7. Maintaining cleanliness of guest areas.
8. Operate the point of sale system with accuracy and efficiency, including responsible handling of cash and credit cards.
9. Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events.
10. Provide guests with exceptional service at all times.
11. Stocking and maintaining product levels.
12. Ensuring correct cash and float security during operating hours.
13. Communicate with co-workers and management, forwarding observations and comments in a timely fashion.
14. Uphold the high standard of environmental stewardship expected for all employees.
15. Other duties as assigned.
