What will you do in this job?

1. Work in the historic chalet for tour groups or private functions for buffet or table service.
2. Ensure that patrons have an enjoyable dining experience by providing quality customer service.
3. Set up the buffet for lunch or dinner meal periods, and assist kitchen with restocking throughout service.
4. Buss and reset tables.
5. Take beverage orders, prepare beverages, and serve to guests in a timely manner.
6. Coordinate guests and tour groups in the dining area.
7. Maintain cleanliness of guest areas.
8. Operate the point of sale system with accuracy and efficiency, and handle cash and credit cards responsibly.
9. Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events.
10. Provide guests with exceptional service at all times.
11. Stock and maintain product levels.
12. Ensure correct cash and float security during operating hours.
13. Communicate with co-workers and management, forwarding observations and comments in a timely fashion.
14. Uphold the high standard of environmental stewardship expected for all employees.
15. Other duties as assigned.
