Server/Host

- Greeting and seating customers.
- Taking, confirming orders and relaying to the kitchen.
- Serving food and alcohol.
- Busing, cleaning, and resetting tables.
- Answering phone calls.
- Placing to-go orders and room service.
- Preparing bill and processing payment.
- Cleaning duties such as stocking, sanitizing, sweeping floors, washing dishes.
- Reconciling daily cash transactions.

Requirements

• Must be able to work without of minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
