In this job, you will...
- Lead integrated client and user workshops, addressing brand and UX considerations such as experience mapping, stakeholder interviews and information architecture.
- Conduct and synthesize qualitative and quantitative research to inform brand positioning and web UX strategies.
- Partner with developers, brand strategists, designers and copywriters to craft unified solutions that enhance digital architecture, user journeys, and content flow.
- Shape and implement UX strategies that align with overarching brand goals.
- Coach and mentor junior and mid-level UX team members.
- Communicate project risks to clients, ensuring clear expectations and alignment throughout all project phases.
- Support UX designers in deploying appropriately scoped approaches and deliverables that align with project budgets and timelines.
- Provide hands-on project support to team projects when needed.
You have...
- 6+ years of UX strategy experience.
- Proven ability to design and lead client and user-facing workshops.
- Strong proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- In-depth understanding of the interplay between brand strategy and UX.
- A track record of mentoring UX talent.
- A strong understanding of information architecture and inbound marketing best practices.
- Proficiency in Figma and user testing methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, writing and facilitation skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in UX design.
- Experience working with large clients and managing complex projects.
- The ability to balance creative and analytical approaches to UX design.
Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000, plus competitive benefits, leadership training, and opt-in Group RRSP program. Full-time, on site (Vancouver, BC) for the first 3 to 6 months, with flexibility to work a hybrid schedule once you’ve settled into the role.
