PrecisionERP / IT is recruiting for a Sr. ITSM Services Operations Specialist for an ONSITE contract opportunity in Vancouver, BC. Open to local candidates ONLY.

REQUIRED SKILLS :

1. Expertise in designing, developing & implementing ITIL and Service Integration and Management (SIAM) Service Operation processes, policies and procedures to support IT operational excellence.
2. Thorough analysis of data with business understanding, providing insights on current performance and improvement opportunities across the client's IT environment.
3. Strong knowledge and understanding of the ITIL framework and service management processes, specifically Service Operation processes.
4. Experience using service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
5. High level of IT technical competency skills.
