What you'll do
As a Senior UX Designer on the Design Systems team for PTX DNA (Data and Analytics), you will define and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency across products.

You are able to work hybrid from our Vancouver office 2-3 days a week. You bring experience in creating and maintaining design systems, UI libraries, and design tools. You possess a robust portfolio demonstrating your proficiency in UI/UX design and user-friendly interfaces. Your deep understanding of design principles allows you to translate complex concepts into intuitive and engaging designs that enhance user comprehension and interaction. Strong leadership skills enable you to mentor and inspire junior designers, driving excellence in UX design within the team and organization. You excel in collaborating with stakeholders to understand user needs and business objectives, translating them into innovative and effective UX solutions. Your attention to detail ensures that every interaction aligns with usability standards and enhances the overall user experience.

The targeted combined range for this position is 98500 - 167400(CAD) CAD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process.
Due to the nature of the role, which involves global interactions, functional proficiency in English is required for positions based in Quebec.
