Senior Tibco Grid Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Tibco Grid Engineer who will be part of a dynamic team that works on important applications! The ideal candidate will have experience to craft and build the Grid platform in line with strategic IT architecture.

In this role, you will:

• Optimize cloud engine performance on Azure and AWS for efficient workload execution.
• Monitor and optimize the deployment of workloads in cloud environments.
• Develop and maintain automation tools using Python and PowerShell.
• Make cost efficiency recommendations and collaborate with business, quant and other IT teams to deliver on projects.
• Provide third-line technical support for the technology platform.
• Lead infrastructure expansions and compliance and be responsible to resolve production issues.
• Collaborate with developers to investigate and fix grid-related issues impacting grid applications.
• Create and maintain a detailed documentation for processes, tools and procedures.

What you’ll need to succeed (required skills):

• 5+ years of experience with large scale Grid computing environments 100,000+ cores. (DataSyanpse|Tibco GridServer / IBM Platform Symphony or similar)
• Experience developing and supporting grid applications, using Grid APIs, Java/C#/C++.
• Experience with Azure and/or AWS and coding in Python and Powershell.
• Strong expertise in Tibco GridServer 7.X on Windows Server.
• Log Analytics. (Elasticsearch/SQL/Kibana/Grafana)
• Experience with Windows Server 2019/2022.
• Enterprise with monitoring tools, Geneos.

What will help you stand out (preferred skills):

• Experience with containerization. (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Jenkins.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools for distributed systems.
• Ability to work in a fast paced high pressure environment, where stability and reliability is critical.
