What is the opportunity?

This role coordinates production support activities for all major systems and related subsystems to ensure the integrity of computer-generated data. Applies complete knowledge, skills, and practices to perform assignments.

What will you do?

• Ensuring that up-to-date job control language is maintained and documented for each program that is part of a scheduled production run.
• Ensuring the documentation and tracking of all shift turnover issues. Contributing to job scheduling and report distribution, as well as data center standards development and enforcement.
• Monitoring the library to ensure that the proper generation of data files are available for production runs and tracks resolution.
• Weekly pager rotation and monitoring production jobs.

What you need to succeed?

Must-Have

• Working experience in ASP Dot Net, VB, SQL and Oracle.
• Experience in supporting web applications in HTML, Java Script and CSS.
• Experienced on various major System/OS upgrades like server upgrade, AIX upgrade, Oracle upgrade, SQL upgrade.
• Experience in cloud technology like OCP4/PCF.
• Experience in resolving complex technical issues and P1/P2 incidents. Providing support to end-users 24/7.
• Working knowledge in risk and compliance activities, server vulnerability remediation.
• Participated in disaster recovery exercises.
• Good knowledge of DEVOPS tools and Helios pipeline.
• Acquaintance with Agile methodology.

Nice to have

Mainframe, Cobol, JCl, Zeke scheduling.
