Are you passionate about driving innovative security solutions for our customers? Amazon Stores Security is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our Endpoint Security Team. You’ll collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement global endpoint security strategies, focusing on usability, performance, observability, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR). In this role, you’ll partner across teams to align security, usability, and performance, protecting our global infrastructure and customer data. We are seeking a creative security expert with strong technical and analytical skills to address difficult security challenges. The ideal candidate has expertise in security processes, DLP implementations, EDR systems, performance monitoring, and observability tools. You should demonstrate a proactive approach to improving these processes, balancing security needs with user experience and system performance.
Key job responsibilities
6+ years of technical product or program management experience
6+ years of program management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
3+ years of software development experience
3+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
Experience managing cross-functional programs
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
Proven track record of driving high-quality security outcomes in endpoint protection
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals on endpoint security matters
Strong organizational skills, successful track record of coordinating between multiple project stakeholders, technical program managers, and software development teams. Experience managing cross-functional endpoint security projects. Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and proven leadership skills in security contexts.
Excellent data analysis skills to create scalable endpoint security solutions and streamline workflows. Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) preferred.
