Work directly with clients, taking ownership of their experience, and focusing on building and strengthening client-firm relationships. Your expertise will be key in making these important connections and enhancing our overall client services.
Develop strategic tax planning solutions tailored to clients’ unique business needs.
Help clients navigate the complexities of Canadian Tax Matters. Provide advice on reorganizations, rollovers, windups, amalgamations, succession, and estate planning, as well as reviewing T1, T2, and T3 returns.
Coach and mentor a team of colleagues on tax compliance, helping them walk in clients’ shoes by discussing tax planning options.
Contribute to our growing tax practice by understanding the comprehensive needs of clients’ businesses. Identify and develop new opportunities to meet their objectives and introduce them to our firm’s diverse offerings.

At Doane Grant Thornton, we’re committed to ensuring our compensation practices are fair, equitable and competitive. To get the conversation started, we’re happy to share that our current base salary for this role ranges from $96,000-$144,000 in Prince George, BC. If this role is available in another location(s), the associated salary range in that location(s) may vary based on relevant factors, including geography.
