Position overview:

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will act as a strategic advisor to the hiring leaders throughout the entire talent acquisition process. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment life cycle including actively sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing and presenting qualified candidates, negotiating offers, and facilitating the hiring and onboarding process. Ultimately, you will be an ambassador of the Richter employer brand, and help ensure that we attract, hire, and retain the most qualified employees.

A day in the life of a recruiter:

  • Meet with Richter Hiring Managers to assess their needs.
  • Design job postings and advertise openings on Richter’s career page, social media, and job boards.
  • Source potential candidates from various channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks).
  • Screen incoming resumes against specific selection criteria.
  • Interview candidates via phone, video, or in-person (as required).
  • Send shortlisted candidates to hiring leaders along with comprehensive recommendations.
  • Extend competitive offers and effectively close candidates.
  • Collaborate with Talent Business Partners to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Proactively develop a strong candidate pipeline and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
  • Partner with the Talent & Culture team to continuously improve tools and processes.
  • Keep abreast of recruitment trends and best practices.
  • Participate in special projects beyond Talent Acquisition.

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum of 4 to 7 years of full cycle recruitment experience, preferably in professional services.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Good communication and written skills in both English and French.
  • Proficiency using recruitment tools and social networks.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Skills in sales and negotiation.
  • Capacity to manage multiple files simultaneously in a rapidly changing environment with minimal supervision.
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and ability to always put the client first.
  • Ability to travel occasionally.
