The Senior Salesforce Developer at Flipp will play a critical role in the transformation of Flipp’s Salesforce instance to better align with go-to-market strategies and the growing needs of the business. This position is responsible for driving technical excellence in Salesforce development, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver a scalable, high-performing CRM solution that maximizes the return on investment (ROI) through improved efficiency, user adoption, and actionable insights.

Working closely with the Sales Transformation Lead, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of solutions within Salesforce. The role focuses on the rebuilding and continued optimization of the Salesforce platform to support efficient, high-adoption processes and enable data-driven selling throughout the customer journey.

With direct engagement with various cross-functional stakeholders (sales leadership, marketing, finance), you will serve as both a technical expert and a strategic advisor to Flipp’s internal business units. This high-visibility position requires deep Salesforce expertise, robust business acumen, and a proven track record of delivering transformative value and measurable outcomes in complex and dynamic environments.

What you'll get the opportunity to do:

Salesforce Solutions

• Lead the design and development of advanced Salesforce solutions
• Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Oversee system configurations, customizations, and maintenance of Salesforce environments, including sandboxes and production.
• Be responsible for the detailed technical and functional design in Salesforce to fulfill current and future business requirements.
• Conduct thorough testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for Salesforce configurations, customizations, and code.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems (e.g., ERP, analytics tools) using Boomi.

Cross-functional Teams Collaborations

• Partner with sales, marketing, and operations leaders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing insights on Salesforce capabilities and industry best practices.
• Develop detailed documentation, including process maps, technical design documents, and user guides.
• Participate in project planning, sprint meetings, and backlog grooming to prioritize deliverables effectively.

Reporting and Analytics

• Design advanced reports, dashboards, and visualizations for sales and operational leadership.
• Enable self-service reporting by empowering users with dynamic dashboard capabilities.
• Monitor data quality and implement governance processes to maintain data integrity.

Mentorship and Support

• Mentor team members, ensuring skill development and adherence to best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and share knowledge on advanced Salesforce techniques.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases and features, introducing relevant innovations to the team.

What you'll bring to the team:

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with hands-on experience in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integrations.
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and experience building integrations with Salesforce.
• Proven experience in transformational projects, including rebuilding Salesforce environments to improve efficiency and adoption.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, security, and data model.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field is preferred.
• Application Architect Certification is preferred.
• Experience with Boomi or Boomi Integration Certifications are considered an asset.
