POSITION SUMMARY:
You live and breathe social, are constantly on the pulse of how influencer marketing is evolving – knows what works, what doesn’t and isn’t afraid to push the boundaries when it comes to leveraging content creators to achieve best in class results. In this role, you will be responsible for developing strategic roadmaps rooted in driving client business objectives through to a flawless execution. The successful candidate will excel at the following:

- Thought leadership - Passion for keeping ahead of industry trends and sharing knowledge with internal teams, as well as forming strategic recommendations for clients

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee influencer programs from brief to delivery with key agency and client partners
- Dive deep into the industry, trends and audience insights from research and client-supplied data to develop a strategically sound POV to action on them
- Create measurement plans to evaluate influencer program performance (organic and paid)
- Analyze, evaluate and make recommendations to optimize influencer content performance
- Lead post-campaign evaluation process identifying key learnings and opportunities for improvement
- Be the go-to for internal teams and clients on influencer programs regards to best practices, content performance, trends and online behaviour
- Mentor junior staff
- Learn and contribute to the influencer identification, selection and solidification process
- Work closely with clients and account teams on crafting clear, detailed briefs that lead to stellar work
- Stay on top of influencer content trends including channels, social media advancements and relevant campaigns to provide recommendations
- Responsible for building influencer content strategies (paid and organic), presentation decks, optimization plans and other influencer materials while maintaining accuracy and appropriate tone
- Lead and contribute to content mapping, channel planning and social media strategy
- Strong understanding of paid media planning, industry benchmarks and best-in-class strategies
- Oversee the review process of influencer content and materials for active influencer campaigns
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Avid consumer of influencer and social content
- Understanding/ interests of the influencer landscape (both paid and organic opportunities)
- Keen interest in measuring ROI of Influencers relative to other media alternatives
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in influencer and/ or content marketing with experience planning and executing influencer campaigns
- Strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, inclusive of paid, earned, and owned channel fundamentals
- Excellent ability to work with client, account, and strategy teams to understand client goals and develop influencer content strategies that deliver the best possible results
- Solid presentation skills, must be an effective communicator to present strategic and tactical plans to clients and internal teams
- Proven application of integrated content strategies to meet and exceed business targets
- Exceptional analytical ability to develop insight from data and plan next steps across channels
- Creative thinker, understanding best practises in creating compelling, thumb-stopping content
- Strong strategic, analytical, management and organizational skills
- Ability to actively listen, ensure understanding, adaptability
- Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Extremely adept in software applications including MS Office, G-Suite, and experience working with social listening and tracking tools
