We are seeking a career-driven, passionate, energetic and motivated Sous Chef to work with us at our brand new restaurant location in Ladysmith BC. Position to start April 2025 or sooner.
Summary:
The Sous Chef plays a critical leadership role in the kitchen, supporting the Chef in managing operations, supervising staff, ensuring food quality, and taking full ownership of the product. The ideal candidate is an independent leader who can confidently take charge during high-volume periods and in the Chef's absence while also working collaboratively with the Chef to maintain excellence.
