This position will be remote from Canada, and the candidate needs to align with the West Coast time zone.

Description:

Senior ServiceNow Developer, responsible for creating custom ServiceNow portals and interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Portal Development
2. Automation: configuring automated processes such as workflows (including Flow Designer), business rules, and scheduled jobs
3. Performance Analytics

Mandatory Skills:

1. UIBuilder
2. Customer Service
3. HRSD (should be conversant)
4. ServiceNow API experience including REST, SOAP, and MID server APIs

Optional Skills:

1. Angular/HTML/CSS
2. Strong JavaScript skills
3. REST, SOAP or other methods
