Senior Scrum Master

Level 3

Years of experience: 5+ years’ experience.

Main Requirements for each Candidate:

1. 5+ years working in an Agile framework, preferably Scrum
2. Strong communication skills (Effective, articulate, succinct communicator)
3. Ability to hold self and team accountable for delivery
4. Ability to partner with product owner and stakeholders to articulate roadmaps and goals
5. Demonstrated expertise in team building
6. Experience working with or knowledge of public cloud
7. Strong Knowledge of JIRA

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Organize, coach, and drive team to deliver high quality results in a sustainable way
2. Improve transparency and predictability of team output
3. Assist the squad in identifying and removing technical and organizational impediments
4. Use metrics and tooling to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
5. Facilitate and improve team interactions with partners, stakeholders, and peers
6. Foster a collaborative culture and ensure the squad regularly celebrates success
7. Align squad with Cloud Fleet operating model; actively participate in Scrum Master guild
8. Partner with Product Owners and Technical Leads to improve process and delivery
9. Act as a servant leader for the squad

3. Ability to influence behavior without having formal organizational hierarchy
4. Ability to navigate complex organizations to manage dependencies and remove blockers
5. Demonstrated expertise in relationship building
6. Dedication to cross-function collaboration, communication and breaking down of silos
7. Facilitate creativity & empowerment inside the squad
8. Agile Certification (CSM, PSM, and/or SAFE-5)

Optional Qualifications:

1. Baseline Cloud Service Provider certifications: AWS Practitioner | Azure AZ-900
2. Knowledge of Roadmunk and Rally
3. Financial Services and transformation experience
