Reporting to the Head of School, the Senior School Principal will be a key member of the SJS senior leadership team, with comprehensive responsibility for all activities involving students and faculty in the Senior School. The Principal provides the leadership to ensure a healthy, safe, and dynamic learning environment in which both staff and students may best grow and develop.

SJS is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic educational leader, at the forefront of innovative approaches to teaching and learning, to support and engage senior division faculty and staff in striving for excellence in all areas. The Principal will be a strong relationship-builder and will actively collaborate and connect with all members of the SJS community. The new Senior School Principal will bring a track record of leadership and administrative experience, ideally earned in an independent school. Knowledge of the International Baccalaureate will be considered an asset.
