This role blends technical expertise with leadership and collaboration, requiring you to work closely with cross-functional teams, provide mentorship to developers and administrators, and engage stakeholders across the organization. You will take an active role in defining Salesforce architectural best practices, overseeing complex development projects, and ensuring solutions align with business objectives while maintaining technical integrity.

If you are an experienced Salesforce professional passionate about solution design, governance, and driving continuous improvement, this is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of BCAA’s Salesforce environment.

Who you are:

  • You are a strategic thinker, capable of aligning business needs with technical solutions to drive innovation.

  • You have a strong leadership mindset, with the ability to mentor teams, review code, and provide architectural direction.

  • You thrive in a collaborative environment, engaging with business and technical stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.

  • You enjoy hands-on problem-solving, taking ownership of complex development challenges and delivering scalable solutions.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the design and implementation of scalable, enterprise-level Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable technical designs and solution roadmaps.

  • Ensure architectural integrity, enforcing Salesforce development best practices, security standards, and platform governance.

  • Provide technical leadership, guiding developers, administrators, and other team members in Salesforce solution design and implementation.

  • Act as a hands-on contributor, developing and refining Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations.

  • Manage and optimize system integrations, leveraging tools such as MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and External Services.

  • Manage and oversee complex integrations between Salesforce and other systems, ensuring seamless data migration, transformation, and synchronization.

  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Copado to streamline development workflows.

  • Conduct code reviews, design sessions, and technical workshops, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.

  • Partner with business leaders and IT teams, providing strategic recommendations and ensuring alignment with BCAA’s digital transformation goals.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, architecture, solution design, and implementation.

  • Extensive hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integrations.

  • Strong knowledge of multi-cloud Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

  • Proficiency in integration frameworks, such as MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, and Platform Events.

  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Copado and ETL/data migration solutions like Data Loader and Informatica.

  • Deep understanding of security best practices, governance frameworks, and performance optimization within Salesforce.

  • Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform Developer, and Architect certifications preferred).

  • Proven leadership and mentoring skills, with experience guiding technical teams and facilitating knowledge sharing.

  • Bonus Skills and Experience:

  • Experience with Marketing Cloud, Field Service, or MuleSoft integrations.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and emerging Salesforce technologies.
