CloudKettle is seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to work with our clients; understanding their business needs and translating them into functional and technical requirements.

Halifax, NS (Hybrid/Remote) or Remote within Canada

What You'll Do

  • Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
  • Define and document user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
  • Work closely with Salesforce Architects to design scalable solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and optimize business processes using Salesforce features.
  • Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure clear communication.
  • Support end-users during testing, troubleshooting, and post-go-live support.
  • Prioritize and refine backlog items based on business value and feasibility.
  • Create and maintain documentation (user guides, training materials, process diagrams).
  • Other duties as required.

What You Bring

  • Required:
  • 6+ years of experience in Business Analysis with a focus in Salesforce implementations.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Familiarity with project artifacts such as Requirements Traceability Matrix, Solution Design Documents, User Stories, and Test Cases.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce system configuration, customization, and integration with other enterprise tools.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be currently based in and legally eligible to work in Canada and can show proof of citizenship or visa.
  • Preferred:
  • Bilingual fluency in verbal and written French and English is a strong asset.
  • Experience working in the Telecommunications Industry.
  • Salesforce Business Analyst and other platform certifications are a plus.
  • Background in consulting, enterprise applications, or digital transformation is a plus.
