The Senior Salesforce Administrator will be operating in tandem with our regionally based administrators on a regular basis. This role will primarily be responsible for the stewardship of master data and recurring processes inside Salesforce. The role will also include various ad-hoc projects, including but not limited to, targeted data enrichment, research and resolution of specific data discrepancies, report design and distribution, and cross departmental collaboration.
What You'll Do
- Work on different facets of Case Management like complex Case Assignment Rules, SLA, Routing Configurations, etc.
- Assistance with issues related to customer community portal built on SF experience cloud.
- Customize and configure out-of-the-box functionality features such as Flows, workflows, process builder, email templates, data categories etc.
- Implement and govern security related to profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing settings, and login access policies.
- Assist with maintenance release review and task completion.
- Perform and coordinate deployments with the Salesforce admin team.
- Perform sandbox refreshes and activities related to those refreshes as appropriate.
- Research and stay current on security and maintenance related items by utilizing Trust.salesforce.com or other pertinent sites and or tools.
What You'll Bring
- 6+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.
- Case Management Experience.
- Experience Cloud Experience.
- Experience on Einstein bot would be an added advantage.
- Sales Cloud Experience is a plus.
- Must be active Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator a plus.
- Strong attention to detail while servicing tickets, during deployment processes and curating documentation.
- Must be a team player who understands the importance of teamwork, collaboration, and open communication.
- Must possess ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Must have excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Must possess good change management practices and rigorously test any changes within the Salesforce sandbox before deploying to production.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or related area.
