As a Senior Research Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the provision of strategic insight to our clients in the delivery of research services. In this role, you will work with clients to understand their business issues and needs in order to develop and design appropriate solutions while building and maintaining strong client relationships. You are conversant in quantitative research design with experience managing key market research projects from start to finish. You are an innovative thinker possessing both drive and intelligence, with a passion for matching science with insight to provide actionable research solutions.

What you can expect to be doing:

  1. Project coordination and implementation: Manage multiple market research projects at once, within timeline and budgets, including working closely with colleagues in our Operations groups to oversee all operational components of projects.
  2. Client relationship management: Work with clients, in consultation with the Senior Vice President to develop and design appropriate solutions based on the research approaches and products that are best suited to meet their needs.
  3. Prepare proposals, deliver research design and methodological advice to our clients and design questionnaires.
  4. Perform data analysis and verification, draw conclusions; prepare reports and presentations; make recommendations from the data results based on the client’s requests and business issues.

Qualifications:

  1. 3+ years’ experience in a research environment
  2. In-depth experience designing and executing primary consumer research
  3. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong client service orientation
  4. Strong quantitative research, analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  5. Ability to draw insights and tell a story with data
  6. Highly motivated, self-directed & possess a driven personality capable of working within tight deadlines
  7. Experience and comfort with presenting research results to clients
  8. Superior organizational skills, unflagging attention to detail & demonstrated commitment to the accuracy and completeness of information
  9. Strong client management skills
  10. Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  11. Work well in team environment
  12. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience
