Role Summary:

We’re seeking a Senior Recruiter who is highly independent and client-focused, with proven experience in business development and managing a book of business. This contractor role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who prefers client-facing work over the back-end responsibilities of running a business. You’ll focus on what you do best—building and nurturing client relationships—while we handle the operational and marketing side.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Business Development Pro: You bring a network and the skills to independently develop and manage client relationships, identifying new opportunities and turning them into long-term business.
  • Client-Focused: You excel in client relationship management, understanding the nuances of recruitment solutions that meet clients’ unique needs.
  • 360 Desk Experience: You have full-cycle recruitment experience and are confident managing both client relationships and recruitment execution. For those who prefer to focus solely on client management, our team is available to support with candidate sourcing and execution.
  • Self-Driven & Independent: You thrive in a remote, independent work environment and can manage your time, priorities, and goals effectively without close supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Leverage your established network to generate new client relationships and revenue opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic recruitment solutions and support throughout the hiring process.
  • 360 Recruitment: Own the full recruitment lifecycle, with the flexibility to focus on client-side management or work as a 360 recruiter, depending on your strengths and goals.
  • Collaboration & Support: Partner with our team for operational and backend support, allowing you to dedicate your time to client relationships and placements.

Compensation & Contractor Arrangement:

This contract role offers a flexible combination of base pay and commission, depending on your experience and goals. For ambitious, growth-focused recruiters, there is potential to increase earnings with a higher commission structure balanced by a lower base. As an independent contractor, you’ll enjoy the freedom to focus on client development while we handle invoicing, contracts, marketing, and operational support.
