Senior Recruiter

Location: Moncton, NB

Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Recruiter to support their growing Industrial and Driver Divisions. The Senior Recruiter will be a vital part of the talent acquisition process, responsible for managing the entire recruitment life cycle. This includes sourcing, screening, and placing candidates while working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth employee lifecycle.

As the successful candidate, you will source candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, and networking while using a robust Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to streamline and track recruitment activities, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Achieving recruitment targets and marketing qualified candidates to customers will be a priority, along with identifying opportunities for business development within your existing accounts. You will also be encouraged to participate in industry networking events to expand your reach and grow your network.

You have at least two years of high-volume recruitment experience, with a proven ability to meet targets and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A post-secondary education or equivalent work experience is required, along with bilingual proficiency in English and French, both spoken and written. Previous experience in business development and account management in manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, or transportation industries would be considered assets. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and manage your time effectively are essential for success in this role. With a strong focus on service, business development, and customer satisfaction, you will have a key impact on the success and growth of the business.

The Senior Recruiter must be willing and able to travel within Canada and the United States.
