As a Senior QA Analyst at Spiria, you will be required to:

• Provide support for testing estimations, ensuring alignment with project timelines and deliverables.
• Design and optimize test cases to maximize coverage, maintainability, and efficiency.
• Perform manual, automated, and API testing to validate software quality.
• Identify, document, and reproduce issues effectively to support debugging and resolution efforts.
• Contribute to the implementation of QA processes and standards, focusing on test automation and efficiency improvements.
• Support the development of operational frameworks and tools to enhance quality assurance activities.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and recommend new tools and methodologies to improve the QA process.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to understand requirements and ensure quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle.
• Clearly communicate test results, issues, and quality metrics to stakeholders.

The keys to your success:

• 5+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance, with a strong background in manual and automated testing.
• Bilingual (French and English)
• Proficiency in designing and executing test cases, with a focus on reusable and scalable test architectures.
• Expertise in API testing using tools like Postman, SOAP UI, or equivalent.
• Strong experience with bug tracking tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar.
• Experience with database testing (e.g., SQL queries for validation).
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git or Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) is an asset.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Solutions-oriented mindset, focused on smart, scalable approaches to quality challenges.
• Attention to detail and an ability to spot problems and reproduce them reliably.
• Commitment to staying updated on industry trends and technologies.
• A strong sense of accountability and ownership over deliverables.
