PROJECT BACKGROUND:
Due to current resource constraints within the IMIT department, the services of an experienced Project Manager are required to support a number of key M365 implementation projects in fiscal 2025/2026.
Supported by IMIT’s Project Management Office, the experienced Project Manager (PM) will lead and direct project teams to ensure the successful delivery of the aforementioned projects throughout the entire project lifecycle. The Project Manager is responsible for the discovery, initiation, planning, executing, monitoring and control, and closing of assigned projects, and to deliver the expected benefits and results on time and on budget. The PM will be expected to engage with various internal and external stakeholders including executives, managers, technology teams, and vendors in a complex environment while reporting to project Sponsors – both business and IMIT alike.
The Project Manager leads the development and execution of the project plan and provides periodic project status reports, including inter-project dependencies and communications. The Project Manager anticipates and identifies project changes, risks and issues, and recommends options while working effectively with senior management to implement solutions.
