Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Project Manager to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading IT security, risk, and compliance projects, ensuring the effective management and delivery of solutions that meet organizational objectives. As our Senior Project Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to identify project requirements, develop project plans, and implement project activities within established timelines and budgets. Your leadership and expertise in IT security, risk management, and compliance will be essential in driving successful project outcomes.

Must Have Skills

• Experience in project’s waterfall methodology and processes
• Leading IT Security Projects, Risk and Compliance

Nice to Have Skills

• GxP experience
• Agile methodology
• Experience in PPM tool, such as Clarity

What You Bring to the Role

• 10-15 years of successful project management in cost/budget, scope, schedule, collaboration, documentation, change control, and vendor management.
• 5+ years of experience in process-oriented domains like Life Science or Healthcare where documentation and process are key to success.
• 10–15-member team handling experience.
• Must be capable of handling 2 projects at a time worth $3M each.
• 5+ years of IAM security projects management.
• Experience in putting together status reports and working with Excel spreadsheets.
• Facilitate multi-collaborator meetings across multiple departments and geographic regions.
• Clarity PPM Broadcom tool experience is a plus.
