As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading sophisticated projects within the industrial manufacturing and IT business support domains. With a focus on Portfolio and Project Management (PPM), you will ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your role will involve coordinating with various stakeholders to achieve project objectives and drive the company's strategic goals!
In this role, you will:
Own the delivery of SAP AMS.
Be the single point of contact for day-to-day tracking of issues and weekly/monthly reporting.
Work with onsite and offshore teams to ensure issues are addressed in a timely manner.
Own the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Be responsible for the execution of project plans, handling resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
Provide direction and support to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure project success.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including industrial manufacturing and IT business support, to ensure seamless project integration.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans, status reports, and risk management plans.
Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders, providing regular updates and seeking input as needed.
Implement standard processes in Portfolio and Project Management (PPM) to optimize project outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
What you’ll need to succeed (required skills):
Overall 15-17 years of work experience, with a minimum of 12 years in SAP experience on implementation and support projects.
8-10 years of Service Delivery Management experience.
Prior functional expertise in FICO/SD/MM modules.
Exhibit strong stakeholder management, team leadership, and team management skills with the ability to empower and guide project teams.
Should be conversant with ITSM processes and tools like ServiceNow.
