Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and executing priority projects within our organization while working remotely. Your responsibilities will include conducting proactive diagnostics to identify areas for improvement while maintaining strategic monitoring to anticipate trends, opportunities, and risks. You will propose optimization and automation solutions to enhance project performance and efficiency. Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field.
2. Excellent knowledge of French and English, both spoken and written.
3. Proven experience in managing large-scale projects, with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
4. In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies: Agile, SaFe, Scrum, Waterfall.
5. Knowledge of collaborative platforms and change management tools.
6. Exceptional adaptability and ability to simplify complex concepts.
7. Certifications in project management (PMP, Prince2, Scrum Master) and digital transformation (asset).
8. Knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain) and the insurance and financial services industry (asset).
