Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Project Manager located in Moncton, NB at one of our clients:

• Mission Focus: Own the delivery of high-impact manufacturing projects from ideation to execution, ensuring measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and cost.
• Accountability: Develop, implement, and monitor detailed project plans that align with strategic manufacturing objectives and deliver predictable results.
• Leadership: Build and lead cross-functional teams, setting clear performance metrics and ensuring that every team member contributes to the overall success.
• Process Excellence: Champion Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives, holding teams accountable for meeting rigorous safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Outcome Orientation: Provide consistent, transparent progress reports and results, ensuring stakeholder alignment and timely resolution of project challenges.

Qualifications

• A-Player Required: Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the manufacturing sector, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is essential; a Master’s degree is highly regarded.
• Methodology Expertise: Strong command of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies, demonstrated by tangible improvements in past roles.
• Leadership & Communication: Exceptional skills in leadership, team building, and stakeholder management, with the ability to inspire and drive cross-functional teams toward common goals.
• Professional Credentials: PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification is a significant plus.
