Senior Project Manager

Daily review and updates on project progress.

Collaboration with site supervisors and subcontractors to ensure adherence to schedule and budget.

Monitoring project lifecycle from tendering to completion.

Coordinating logistics for materials and equipment.

Attending site meetings and addressing client concerns.

Understanding project scope and developing execution plans.

Solving problems creatively to ensure high-quality outcomes.

What you must have:

Broad understanding of construction projects, including masonry, caulking, concrete, siding, roofing, interior finishing, fencing, and landscaping.

Strong leadership skills to guide site managers, labor force, and subcontractors.

Proficiency in using computers and devices for creating task lists, schedules, and communication.

Valid driver's license with a clean record for company vehicle use.
