We are seeking top-tier talent to join our Infrastructure division and build innovative projects in the transit and transportation sectors, such as roads, highways/freeways, bridges, interchanges, LRTs, BRTs, and airports. About The Role:

Graham is searching for Senior Project Coordinators to support future projects within our Water/Infrastructure division. Our Project Coordinators report directly to a Project Manager and assist with scheduling, reporting, and quality control functions on a wide variety of construction projects.

As a Project Coordinator at Graham, you will:

  1. Monitor daily, weekly and monthly labor, equipment, material and subtrade costs. Monitor cost accruals and review with the Project Manager on a regular basis.
  2. Monitor and update schedules.
  3. Assist with the drawings, drawing records, revisions, site instructions and change orders.
  4. Maintain QA/QC documentation and records of all testing and inspections.
  5. Obtain and provide written documentation for all clarifications and instructions.
  6. Ensure that all technical aspects of the work conform to all applicable codes and standards.
  7. Assist and monitor payroll functions to ensure proper coding and cost allocation.
  8. Assist with preparing progress invoicing and progress status reports.
  9. Assist with the completion of estimates, estimate reviews and costing.

Qualifications & Experience:

  1. Formal education in Construction Management or a related field.
  2. 4 - 7 years construction experience.
  3. Experience working at a General Contractor, including construction management knowledge of civil projects.
  4. Superior communication, problem-solving, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  5. Computer literate in MS Suite, including MS Project.
  6. Experience with InEight is a strong asset.

Compensation:

  1. $75,900 - $104,400 per annum.
  2. Salary will commensurate with education and experience.

  5. 3 to 5 weeks of vacation per year, with credit for prior industry experience.
