Our client is looking for a Senior Program Coordinator (Excel Specialist & SAP Invoicing) with Power BI experience to create/maintain reports, ensure data accuracy aligning to PMO standards (RFR24-).

Must Haves:

1. 15+ years' experience as a Program Coordinator
2. Must have Excel/VB experience to create tables, macros, coding, reporting, and UAT
3. Experience with Power BI for dashboards
4. Experience with MS Project Online

Responsibilities:

1. Maintaining data accuracy in the PMO’s PPM tools
2. Maintenance of the PMO’s Resource and Cost Estimating tool
3. Creating, maintaining, and running PMO reports ensuring quality and data accuracy.
4. Entering financial adjustments, month-end accruals, and maintaining project work breakdown structures in SAP
5. Ensuring project managers adhere to PMO frameworks and deliver timely and high-quality products such as project status reports, active RAID management, stage gates, and quality of CEW forecasts, Project Plans, and aligned Investment Funding Requests.
6. Providing support and training to Project Managers and Project Coordinators on PMO processes, frameworks, and tools including SAP, ARIBA, MS Project Online, and MS PPM.
