About the Team & Business Line:

The Investor Services Product Group consists of a team of people primarily coming from business operations to further enhance the service offering to our clients. The team members are specialized in the various applications that are used throughout the Citco Fund Services Division, like AExeo Investor, Aexeo and the client portal CitcoOne.
The Investor Services Product Group provides business services to the CFS operations globally, in relation to the usage and further development of the various application in line with the product development strategy. Each of the platforms is continuously subject to further development as a result of an ongoing changing and evolving business environment.

Your Role:

• Update, maintain and review test cases, liaising with Business Analysts as necessary.
• Explain/train users on more complex functions in AXI.
• Analyze the operational or client specific needs.
• Understand the purpose of any client specific or operational needs for allocator functionality.
• Turn business requests into functional development requirements.
• QA testing, manage UAT and roll-out of new features.
• Work with business reps to acquire business sign off for new or amended functionality.
• Create documentation/provide training for new features.
• Work as an integral part of the Investor Services Products Group.

About You:

• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize amid competing timelines and priorities.
• You have a Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Finance, Economics or Accounting.
• Candidacy/completion of CSC, CFA, CMA or other related certifications is an asset.
• Affinity with markets and investments.
• Excellent proficiency in English, verbal and written.
