What You'll Do
As a senior leader on our team, you will:
Strategic Leadership & Planning
Own and drive quarterly planning processes, including initiative prioritization, capacity planning, and executive presentations
Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including problem statements, goals, and success metrics
Create and manage product roadmaps that balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility
Lead competitive analysis efforts and maintain deep market understanding
Engineering & Development Leadership
Drive engineering team meetings including daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos
Own the backlog grooming process, including creating and maintaining epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Collaborate with engineering leads to estimate effort, assess technical feasibility, and plan implementation strategies
Oversee feature testing and acceptance processes to ensure quality standards are met
Design & UX Leadership
Manage and mentor the design team, providing guidance on priorities and career development
Coordinate design workflows and ensure alignment between product requirements and design solutions
Review design work and provide actionable feedback that drives product excellence
Balance design quality with technical constraints and business objectives
Cross-functional Collaboration
Build and maintain strong relationships with Customer, Marketing, and Sales teams
Monitor and respond to product queries across various communication channels
Collect, organize, and prioritize feedback from multiple stakeholders including merchants and internal teams
Drive product announcements and internal enablement initiatives
Feature Development & Launch
Plan and execute feature rollouts, including pilot programs and phased deployments
Monitor feature adoption and usage metrics to validate hypotheses and measure success
Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure successful feature launches
Manage documentation and training materials for new features

Qualifications:
7+ years of product management experience
2+ years of experience managing design teams
Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling B2B SaaS products
Experience with mobile applications and restaurant technology preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA is a plus
Experience with Jira, Confluence, and modern product development tools
