What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Collaborate with the CEO to define new products, features, and enhancements from inception to delivery
2. Optimize existing product funnels to improve conversion rates
3. Design mockups and prototypes to illustrate website functionality and user experience
4. Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product decisions
5. Work with marketing on analytics, including usability metrics and A/B testing

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Minimum of 8 years in a similar role within consumer web startups
2. Degree in computer science or a related field
3. Proven ability to lead projects independently from start to finish
4. Strong communication skills with experience in cross-functional leadership
5. Agile development experience and familiarity with data analysis for product improvement
