We’re looking for a Senior Planning and Decision Support Analyst to join our forward-thinking team! What You’ll Do:
- Create and maintain long-range forecasts for volumes (Ocean, NA, and Outbound).
- Provide reporting modeling and analysis on complex multi-functional projects related to Ocean redirects and BC strategy to support operational decision-making.
- Maintain all key operating assumptions for Logistics (LTL/FTL mix, equipment mix, utilization percentages, etc.).
- Present outcomes from analysis, using storytelling to share insights with diverse partners and decision-makers to make key insights accessible for decision support.
- Support business activities as well as special initiatives and projects.
- Articulate findings to management through reports and presentations, keeping in mind identified business assumptions, quantified issues, and their potential impacts on the respective business area and/or organization's bottom line.
About You:
- Strong communication skills to optimally express logistics challenges and opportunities to non-logistics functions.
- Minimum four (4) years’ experience in logistics, transportation, and supply chain.
- Excellent business analytics skills with the ability to interpret and articulate complex data findings at a high level to appropriate business partners and present data to Senior Management.
- Proven collaborative relationship-building skills; fosters high levels of trust and teamwork throughout the organization at all levels.
- Strong data analytics applications experience (e.g., Excel) to complete reporting and analysis with the ability to identify business assumptions and results.

Salary Range:
$74,752.50-$104,653.50 /year *This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
