We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead our mobile gaming growth marketing and user acquisition efforts. This is a high-impact role where you will be responsible for managing user acquisition, optimizing campaigns, and driving growth across all major mobile ad networks. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of mobile gaming growth marketing, data-driven decision-making, creative testing strategies, and the ability to mentor a growing team of marketing professionals.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in mobile gaming growth marketing, with a strong background in user acquisition and performance marketing across major ad networks.
Data Skills: Proficient in data analysis and visualization, with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, SQL, or similar platforms.
Creative Testing: Strong understanding of creative testing methodology, ad creatives, and how to optimize for different user personas and acquisition channels.
Ad Network Expertise: Hands-on experience with mobile growth ad networks and platforms, and a proven track record of scaling successful user acquisition campaigns.
Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights to drive campaign performance.
Preferred Skills:
Compensation Range: $100K-$125K CAD per annum. Salary is determined by experience, skills, and capabilities.
