Are You:
As the Senior Performance & Engagement Specialist, you will play an integral role in driving successful initiatives and ensuring timely completion of our annual Performance and Engagement processes and projects. This is a highly collaborative role interacting with HR business partners and other members of our COE groups to design, enhance, coordinate, and execute initiatives globally. This position will be accountable for effectively organizing work related to assigned processes or initiatives, monitoring progress of each deliverable, tracking and documenting key risks and decision points, managing overall information flow, and communicating effectively with key team members and partners.

The hiring base salary range for this position is $76,300 - $104,900 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
